Victoria has it all, a successful and glamorous New York City career and the paycheck to match. But, all she wants is a child. With her biological clock going in overdrive, Victoria endures several years of failed adoption attempts until finally, she gets a call that there's a match...with a 13-year-old girl from El Salvador who doesn't speak English. Victoria will risk losing her highly coveted career and the adoption to another woman to pursue her dream of being a mother.
